Our mission is to transform the voiceover industry by promoting, developing and representing diverse voice talents excellently, with a primary focus on voices of color. We are bridging the gap by creating more opportunities for underrepresented voices. Our belief is that every exceptional talent deserves a chance to have their voices heard, and we strive to amplify the voices that have been historically overlooked.

Dr Emmanuel Okenye
Board Lead/Director
Dr Emmanuel is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician, Investor and Philanthropist who practices in Oregon USA. He founded Child Scholars in 2013 as a medical student with the vision to help provide education to disenfranchised kids. His vision has impacted kids not only in his home country of birth Nigeria, but also in Kenya and Haiti. As a medical student, he was a recipient of the Touch Award for highest number of volunteer hours with the non profit he founded. He was also awarded the Student Doctor of the Year award and he was also a National Student Doctor of the Year nominee. As one who is passionate about education and voices of color, he leads the board at dive.vo with a mission to create more opportunities for underrepresented voice talents.
Oluwaseun Shobo
Team Lead/Director
An incredibly gifted individual. renowned as The Brandmaster. With his diverse expertise as a brand consultant, premium voice-over talent, and inspirational speaker, he has made a lasting impact on numerous clients and industries. Beginning his career as a brand consultant, Shobo set out with a vision to elevate domestic brands to global prominence. With unwavering dedication, he has collaborated with multinational corporations, nurtured start-up brands, and successfully guided them through various stages of growth and expansion. In 2017, Shobo founded Voiceover Solutions Limited in Lagos Nigeria. An organization that birthed Africa’s first ever training hub for voice over talents -The Voiceover Academy as well as Africa’s largest pool of professional voice over talents. In 2022, he collaborated to expand Voiceover Solutions to the United States, which is the parent brand for dive.vo. Shobo’s voice has represented some of Africa’s biggest brands and continues to be a voice of choice. He is an International Ambassador for the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS) and is also a recipient of the Voice Arts®️ Global Influencer Award. Shobo believes that he represents a generation of creative voices who have decided to challenge the status quo and spread the gospel and leave the world a more excellent voiceover industry.
Kaylee Okenye
Director
Kaylee is a passionate and seasoned educator with over six years of teaching experience at the high school and middle school levels. She obtained her Bachelor in Biology and Master of Arts in Teaching from Lee University and has been instrumental in the development of our structure and curriculum. She is a recipient of the 2013 Gary L. Riggins Writing Award.
